overcooked

The burnt food occurs when someone uses a tool that involves fire, and the food becomes overcooked. Burnt food is marked with a "🔥" symbol and must be placed in the bin, as it cannot be recovered by any means.

When you put ingredients into a tool that uses fire, you will see a green line that increases. Once that green line is full, you will see a green check mark. When you don't pick up the food for 5-ish seconds, the tool's burn detectors flare up and give you a beeping noise with an exclamation mark. If you do not pick up the food after 5-ish seconds after that, the beeping intervals get shorter and the red exclamation mark blinks more frequently. If you still do not pick up the food after another 3-ish seconds, the warning enters its final state, which beeps really fast and exclamation marks blinks really fast. After that, the food is burnt and may cause a fire.

If the burnt food causes a fire, which needs to be extinguished with a fire extinguisher.
